Local By Laws are updated regularly.  The most current version will always be posted here. If changes are made there will be a star beside the link with the date that it was updated.
 
Official Rulings for Unique Situations consists of actual situations that have occurred during local league play. These situations were submitted to the APA National Headquarters and the outcome results were ruled on by the Official Ruling Committee.
 
The Patch Certificate is used to claim any patches earned during regular league play and play offs.  This form must be turned in on the current week the patch is earned.  No late certificates are accepted without League Operator approval.  Patches available are: 9 on the Snap, 8 on the Break, 9 Break N Run, 8 Break N Run, Grand Slam, & Top Gun. 
 
Handicap Review Form is used to request that any player who displays skill while playing that is in question to their current skill level.  This could include shooting better than their current skill or  shooting below their current skill. Only two forms of Handicap Review are acceptable and Verbal is not one of them. Please be aware that only written reviews on this form or in an email will be accepted. Please be aware that new players will fluctuate in skill level during their first 10 matches played.  No new player will go down in skill after their first game if that match results in a loss.

Suggestion/Concern Form
includes a section for general question / suggestion or complaint / positive feedback.  Both forms can be used for sportsmanship issues, sportsmanship nominations and official recognition / violations. These forms may possibly be changed to one form in the future.
